  • Add 1 packet of yoghurt starter gradually while stirring. Use a whisker to dissolve the cultures appropriately in the milk.
  • Pour the warm milk with cultures in the yoghurt maker
  • Process the machine as per the instructions provided by the manufacturer
  • The typical setting of a yoghurt machine is at 112°F (44°C) for an incubation period of 8 hours to 24 hours.
  • The longer you set the incubation period, the thicker and tangy yoghurt you will get.
  • Once the yoghurt is prepared, you can safely refrigerate it for two weeks.
  • You are all set to enjoy your creamy lactose-free yoghurt
  • Use it in savoury cooking, eat with fruit or granola.
